Our online store runs on Shopify. When you visit the site, create an account, place an order, or contact us, we process personal information as described below.

We collect information you give us, and information created when you use the site:

• Orders: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, order details, and payment confirmation.
• Account: name, email, password, and saved addresses if you create a customer account.
• Contact and appointments: name, email, phone, and the message you send, including custom-order requests.
• Custom measurements: body measurements you submit so we can make a made-to-fit piece.
• Newsletter: your email if you subscribe.
• Technical data: cookies, device and browser information, and pages you visit, including through the Facebook / Instagram Pixel.

Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store your full payment card details.

We use your information to:

• Process and ship orders
• Create custom and made-to-fit garments from your measurements
• Reply to messages, returns, and appointment requests
• Create and manage your customer account
• Send marketing emails if you have subscribed
• Understand how the shop is used and measure ads with the Facebook / Instagram Pixel
• Prevent fraud and keep the store secure

If you subscribe, we may email you about new collections, offers, and studio news.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email, or by writing to S24bycecilia@gmail.com. Unsubscribing does not stop order and shipping emails.

We use cookies to keep your cart, remember preferences, and run the store.

We also use the Facebook / Instagram Pixel so Meta can help us measure and improve our ads. Meta may combine this with information from your Facebook or Instagram account, according to Meta’s own policies.

If you order a custom or made-to-fit piece, we keep the measurements you send so we can make and, if needed, support that order. We use them only for your garment and related customer service. They are not sold or used for advertising.

This store is not limited to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, email S24bycecilia@gmail.com and we will delete it. A parent or guardian should place and pay for orders for younger children.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing emails. Email S24bycecilia@gmail.com and we will respond as required under Canadian privacy law (including PIPEDA).

If you have an account, you can also update some details by signing in. We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, shipping, and legal purposes.
