S24bycecilia ships worldwide from Brandon, Manitoba, Canada.

We ship to home addresses and P.O. boxes.

Orders of CAD $500 or more qualify for free shipping.

Orders under CAD $500 are charged shipping at checkout. The rate depends on your address, package size, and carrier.

We ship with UPS, DHL, and Canada Post. The carrier used depends on your destination.

Delivery time varies by country, carrier, and customs. You will receive tracking when your order ships. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date.

Custom and made-to-fit pieces are made after you order. Production typically takes 15 working days after measurements are confirmed. The order is then shipped with UPS, DHL, or Canada Post, and delivery time is added after that.

Ready-to-wear pieces in stock are packed and handed to the carrier after payment. You will receive tracking when the parcel ships.

For international orders, the customer pays any customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the product price or in standard shipping, and they are not refunded by S24bycecilia.

If your parcel is lost or delayed, email S24bycecilia@gmail.com with your order number and tracking number.

If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, or it does not arrive in a reasonable time, we will send you another.
