Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order, including if an item is unavailable, there is an error in the price or details, or we cannot fulfill the order. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you to the same payment method.
If you need to change a ready-to-wear order that has not yet shipped, email us as soon as possible. Custom and made-to-fit orders cannot be cancelled by the customer after payment.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless marked otherwise. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout where they apply.
We do not change prices without updating them on the website. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you complete the order. That price will not be changed after you pay.
Payment is processed by PayPal.
Custom measurements
For custom and made-to-fit orders, you are responsible for the measurements you send. If the numbers are wrong, we are not able to remake, refund, or exchange the piece, except where the garment is faulty or not as described.
Please check your measurements carefully, or contact us before you pay if you need help.
Use of the website
You agree to use this site only for lawful shopping and enquiries. You must not misuse the site, attempt to access it without permission, or copy our content for commercial use without our consent.
Intellectual property
Designs, photographs, logos, and text on this website belong to S24bycecilia. You may not copy, sell, or reuse them without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba and Canada. Any dispute will be handled in Manitoba, Canada, except where consumer law in your province or country says otherwise.
